Montecristo is a premium Spanish cigar brand produced in Cuba by Habanos S.A., the local tobacco company, and in the Dominican Republic by Altadis, a subsidiary of British conglomerate Imperial Brands.

H. Upmann is a premium Cuban cigar brand created by banker Hermann Dietrich Upmann (who also founded the H.Upmann & Co. bank in the island). Imperial Brands, a British company, currently owns the brand.

Habanos S.A. is the company that makes cigars.

Hoyo de Monterrey is the name of two premium cigar brands, one of which is made on the island of Cuba for Habanos SA, the Cuban state-owned tobacco company, and the other of which is made in Honduras by General Cigar Company, which is now a subsidiary of Swedish Match.

Trinidad is a Cuban brand of cigars, named for the city of Trinidad. Cigars are made in Cuba by Habanos S.A. and in Dominican Republic by Spanish Altadis, a subsidiary of Imperial Brands.
